Exercise can provide these attributes , fitness has always helped me feel better about myself .<br /><br />Through exercise , I am able to manage my stress. It helps me sleep better and relax during stressful situations. Exercise keeps the mind healthy . If I want to continue to grow and change , educate , perform, be creative, be optimistic , focused, a student life, and share my knowledge with others, I need a healthy mind and body.<br /><br />Last but not least, exercise is important for me because I want to keep a fit body for life.<br /><br /><b>in closing</b><br /><br />When you have found reasons to exercise more inspiring than a number on the scale will benefit tenfold because the movement is a part of you.
