A Fitness Specialist's Personal Motivational Strategy to Exercise

Fitness motivate their clients , but motivates specialist fitness ?

Believe it or not, some specialists (not all) fitness are struggling to stay motivated to exercise . Although we are working around equipment fitness even have a free subscription to where I am employed motivation may vary sometimes crash and burn .

Here is my self- motivation technique that I use to keep myself motivated to exercise, and find the energy to stay active.

my story

I had my share of problems with motivation and inspiration for the year. And thanks to a work of self-discovery , I realized that the lack of interest for the year focused around my lack of confidence to maintain a fit body , especially during the challenges of life .

I know it can be done, but I also think weight control and confidence of most of the challenges women face daily. I think the big inner woman is waiting to pounce on the weather turns 40. On the other hand , I see many women age gracefully and plastic surgery and crash diets .

I also realized that my greatest motivation to exercise was to maintain my curves youth instead. If this is still my main motivation , I can do with obstacles later.

For the first time in my life , I could put myself in the shoes of my clients. Now I understand why the typical reason " lose weight toning " exercise simply does not work.

Help is on the way

I found a book called The intrinsic exerciser . This is a great book, I learned to look at the performance of other means. Instead of focusing on goals that mean nothing to you , look at goals that are meaningful and related to the exercise you do .

It is a way to develop the motivation throughout the year, and I must say , it works! One of the methods taught in the book is the creation of a performance of the duties of states - why exercise or why you want to exercise .

Here is my mission statement :

I like the exercise because it keeps me connected to my inner athlete. Exercise is a part of my identity , and I know it's healthy and satisfying to express who I am. To be healthy, whole, and with success, I need self-esteem , self-confidence , self-control and ability to recover from setbacks. Exercise can provide these attributes , fitness has always helped me feel better about myself .

Through exercise , I am able to manage my stress. It helps me sleep better and relax during stressful situations. Exercise keeps the mind healthy . If I want to continue to grow and change , educate , perform, be creative, be optimistic , focused, a student life, and share my knowledge with others, I need a healthy mind and body.

Last but not least, exercise is important for me because I want to keep a fit body for life.

When you have found reasons to exercise more inspiring than a number on the scale will benefit tenfold because the movement is a part of you. Movement helps to develop their identity and purpose in life .

What do you want to perform for you? My advice to you is to think about those things that you need to make your life less stressful more fulfilling happy and . What is the achievement of these needs to improve his life? Nine times out of ten you can get these needs met by some form of exercise.
